Do I need to reserve in advance?
No—rentals are first-come, first-served at the station. Or you can reserve them ahead of time in the app. Just scan the QR code or use the app to unlock.
When does my rental time start and end?
Time starts when you unlock the e-bike and ends when you complete the return process at the station.
What if I return late?
Late returns may be billed in additional time increments based on the posted rates in the app.
Is there a security deposit?
Any holds or deposits (if applicable) are shown during checkout in the app before you confirm.
Can I rent more than one e-bike?
Yes—rent multiple bikes in one session if availability allows.
Where do I pick up and return?
Pickup and return are at our automated station across from the Mendota Trailhead in Mendota, VA.
